This position ensures that incoming applications and documents submitted by potential clients forprogram eligibility are complete and legible. Verifies that all required documents are received andproperly completed. Ensures that all documents are properly linked to the correct person or familyassistance group. Occasionally, contacts the client by email.

Gathering medical records and patient information, taking ocular measurements, both anatomical and functional, administering or preparing medications, providing eye care and contact lens information to the patient, maintaining and cleaning ophthalmic instruments, assisting the ophthalmologist and Optometrist in basic procedures, visual acuity measurement.
