-Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on consumer behaviors by analyzing 20+ journal articles and databases by capturing a repository to track relevant journal articles to ensure references were accurately represented. Resulting in 8 publications within the Journal of Consumer Psychology to date.-Designed various stimuli for double-blind studies captured in Qualtrics surveys using A/B Testing.--Compute 200+ survey responses utilizing Microsoft Excel through nominal coding, generating results used in academic articles. In addition, replaced the pre-existing conditions with new ones to assess variations in outcomes.-Lead a consumer psychology research process from designing stimuli and qualitative and quantitative surveys to submit a publication this year.

-Collaborated with 6 other members of the Executive Board and 6 members of the Director Board to create events that tailored towards professional growth and brotherhood bonding for the 51 members of our chapter.-Delegated tasks to ensure that the organizational operations of the chapter were functioning smoothly. Analyzed the wellbeing of the chapter with others to make informed business decisions on an ongoing basis.

-Remodeled a 7-week professional development program into the first-ever hybrid format to provide students with the opportunity to continue their personal careers during the re-opening of the university.-Executed a marketing campaign across different social media platforms within a span of 1 week to recruit a total of 27 new members.

-Acted as one of the first ambassadors to kickstart the new Brotherhood Unbounded program through the national fraternity.-Responsible for communicating all upcoming national fraternity events to the chapter.

-Lead a team of 5 in planning and executing 6 virtual recruitment events to attract new members.-Coordinated and ran weekly meetings to plan at least 2 events/activities per quarter thatincreased member participation and involvement.

-Developed a reporting dashboard for 50+ mechanics at 10 stations each using SQL and Microsoft Power BI to directly extract information from Boeing and Airbus Trax programs. This improved resource planning accuracy, standard workflow, increased efficiency by 2 hours daily and generated task automation of ongoing maintenance for all stations.-Collaborated with three cross-functional teams ranging from maintenance to daily planning across multiple stations to ensure accurate daily and heavy maintenance schedules, meeting more than 52 Federal Aviation Regulation requirements over a 12-week period.-Developed 3 types of resource models in Tableau through tracking, record-keeping and extracting data to redefine maintenance capacities which defined strategic planning of staffing capacity, contributing to overall flight safety and increased customer satisfaction.

-Streamlined a file management process using Microsoft Excel for an office consisting of 100+ agents to improve accessibility of equipment for business enhancements and provided a cost analysis breakdown to maintain budgetary obligations.-Managed closings of transactions on SkySlope and CommTrax and updated listing information on a monthly basis (averaging 20 closings per month) to ensure seamless operations for agents and clients.-Input data to complete 20 closing documents for a listing service platform (NWMLS) which included sale fails and commission disbursement forms on a daily cadence.

-Conducted market research through various channels and platforms to assess popular fitness trends via comparative analyses and build the organization’s website and social media platforms to target their intended audience.-Fostered relationships with over 50 fitness accounts on Instagram daily, resulting in a 10% increase in following base.-Partnered with mega influencers/creators to create new products and launch campaigns.--Sought out partnerships with 10 emerging fitness influencers daily, securing sponsored content for the company and expanded outreach to potential customers.
