HDR is a large engineering and consulting firm with an expanding international presence. As a Real Estate Services Agent, I am involved with a wide range of construction projects including street widenings, grade separations, railroad expansions and rehabilitation projects, and many others. I was required to coordinate both right of way and utility issues surrounding these projects. Tasks included real property assessment, risk analysis, acquisitions of various property rights required by the projects, occupant relocation, construction coordination, and property management. Throughout all tasks involved for each project, I was also tasked with ensuring compliance with federal, state and industry laws and regulations, primarily the Uniform Act and FHWA.Member of the International Right of Way Association, Chapter 67RWA Candidate
