Application Administrator
CurrentProject Lead, Technical Lead & Analyst tasks including; - Lead teams, build relationships, facilitate meetings, prepare schedules, identify tasks, risks, resources, coordinate efforts, prepare documentation, feature analysis, gap analysis, quality assurance testing, issue management, documentation - Collaborate with business units & technical staff as required for the implementation of enterprise software system upgrades, patches and enhancements. - Perform pre & post implementation testing to verify upgrades, patches or enhancements deliver required/expected functionality. Operational support tasks; - Tier-two user and application support - Document/manage/monitor application issues and fixes; - Administer application security user access; - Work with technical resources from external agencies in preparation for imminent changes and/or service disruptions - Scripting for desktop software deployment and/or provide input when automating the deployment of software - Adhere to change management process; documenting phases of a change; ie. Planning, Build, Test, Implementation, Post ImplementationProcess Improvement tasks; - Participated in the development/improvement of processes including, Change Management, Project Management Lite, CMDB structure, Knowledge Management
