Ik werk daaraan mee als wetenschappelijk medewerker vanuit het programma Farmacotherapie. Vanuit het programma Farmacotherapie richten wij tevens het NHG-Formularium in en adviseren wij het NHG-Kenniscentrum over farmacotherapeutisch gerichte vraagstukken.
De afdeling zorginstellingen van Apotheek Haagse Ziekenhuizen (AHZ) is per 1 juli 2017 onderdeel van Verpakapotheek in Warmond. Als toezichthoudend apotheker voor diverse aangesloten instellingen ben ik onder andere verantwoordelijk voor: advisering op gebied van farmacotherapie en medicatieveiligheid voor zorginstellingen, bewaking toetsingskaders, deelname geneesmiddelcommissies, ontwikkeling regionale therapiegidsen, farmacotherapeutisch overleg (FTO) met voorschrijvers en specialisten ouderengeneeskunde en periodieke medicatiereview.Tevens zorgen wij als apothekers uiteraard ook voor dat de receptafhandeling in de apotheek op verantwoorde en veilige wijze plaats vindt.
