In this position, I assisted with various administrative tasks. I coordinated the interns for the upcoming two semesters. This included reviewing application materials, ensuring applicants were connected with an appropriate preceptor for their experiences and goals, conducting interviews, and communicating offers. I also redesigned the facility's compliance report in Excel to more effectively communicate the findings in a way that will be easily accessible in the future. To aid in this project, I attended compliance and risk management meetings and webinars. Other tasks included, updating mutual aid agreements, coordinating a leadership panel, creating a Teams and Sharepoint site to aid in state surveys, and participating in resident engagement activities.
