I know what you are probably thinking... just another recruiter. In fairness, your assumption isn't totally wrong! However, I am not just your average recruiter...I started my career in HR Management. As an HR Manager, I worked with every situation you can think of from payroll, benefits, employee relations, investigations to holiday parties, company layoffs, and handbook updates. Mind you - the last couple of years in my HRM career were through the Covid-19 pandemic. It was really hard on myself and my family - I was also pregnant at the time! I decided it wasn't the career path for me - I wanted something that had a positive impact and a position which was open to my warmth as a human and my bubbly personality, while also within HR. My only other request was that I wanted to work from home since I had two under two years old... so started my career in Talent Acquisition. It was a decision I will never regret.Everyday I am ignited. I take so much pride in talking with talented engineers from many different industries and backgrounds that want to use their experience to add value, but also want to join a team where their personality and culture can flourish.
