I am a full-time Realtor with Gold Star Realty, a boutique brokerage in Encino. I'm also an actor, director and faculty member at AMDA. Oh and hey, I've been known to sometimes write screenplays, as well. I've been working in real estate since 2002, having started out at Coldwell Banker in Hancock Park. My Dad was a Broker in Colorado and I grew up with real estate as a kind of second language. I love my clients and I love the industry. Helping a first-time Buyer get into the home of their dreams makes me feel great. I also work in the Los Angeles theatre and improv community and I enjoy that very much. I've acted in and directed many productions at OFTC and I've had roles in a handful of indie films and appeared in a few episodes of SCARE TACTICS on the Sci-Fi channel. Acting, improvising and directing are among my favorite things to do. Since 2015 I've been fortunate enough to teach and direct at AMDA. As to my writing work, a short film called HELD, which I co-wrote and directed, made its festival debut during the Summer of 2015. A few years back my screenplay STRAY placed 2nd in the Slamdance Screenwriting competition and in the Skyline competition for "Best City Story." It's since been optioned and resulted in me getting hired to write another screenplay, BETHLEHEM, which is to go into pre-production Winter of 2020. Writing is a great solo-escape. Hard work...lonely, too, but so very rewarding in the end.
