Once a month I am blessed to volunteer at this great place to help our community!

Quantum Management Systems based in Park City Utah have Certified me to be their Quantum Home Tour Trainer! I am also an apprentice to be certified as the Effective Communications Trainer! Woo-Hoo!

I have yet to figure out how to fill in a "box" that tells you who I am! I can tell you what I know about myself and how that can change daily just because life always manages to throw us curve balls and we need to adapt! First off, I believe that life is too short to not laugh at yourself (or others for that matter) :-) Real Estate is really no different.I work diligently to offer relevant information, check market trends and stats and make sure you are protected throughout your entire Real Estate Transaction, but there's no reason not to have a good sense of humor in the process!I also know that Real Estate takes TIME. Just because you're gathering information doesn't mean you want to jump in my car and start looking at properties! It takes time to figure out what YOUR needs are, create a strategy and then implement it according to your schedule. Thankfully, a good sense of humor helps to break the stress and monotony of viewing homes, writing offers and negotiating the best possible scenario so that everyone wins.
