Program Director
CurrentDesign, administer, and manage a multi-million-dollar portfolio of projects related to advancing promising state postsecondary policy and practice, including writing proposals, developing project budgets, developing, and managing relationships with funders, working with sub-contractors and consultants, and ensuring the timely production of deliverables. This work includes individual projects with state teams, alignment with governor’s priorities (e.g., technology workforce, STEM pathways, regional pathway development, wrap-around services, sectoral partnerships), the development of a technical assistance curriculums, the engagement of subject matter experts, coordination with relevant federal agency leads, and managing consultants to execute projects. Supervise, plan, direct, coordinate, and review the work of a team of policy analysts on a portfolio of projects connecting postsecondary pathways to state policy issues related to talent development needs, state postsecondary financing, quality assurance, supportive services, reskilling/upskilling, credentialing/skills-driven practices, and apprenticeship/work-based learning.
