Current• Certified Professional Resume Writer with 10+ years of experience providing clients with strategic resume and cover letter writing/editing services across a wide range of industries, occupations, and seniority levels. • Full life cycle recruitment (includes temporary, temp-to-perm, and direct hire positions) – sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers and assisting onsite hiring managers with comprehensive on-boarding.• Work closely with external human resources managers to understand their recruiting needs as well as anticipating hiring needs by proactively identifying recruiting solutions• Coach and manage internal recruiters to ensure timely sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection of candidates who meet the requirements of open requisitions• Responsible for attracting, engaging and activating passive high performing candidates through networking, cold calling, internet databases and research in order to develop a diverse pipeline of talent• Foster and cultivate relationships with key potential candidates and large-scale talent pools to deliver applicants for immediate short-term placements and enhance strategic long-term networks• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidacy by reviewing factors like job experience, education, training, skills, relevant knowledge • Manage the candidate experience as he/she goes through the recruitment process
