Process Management and Operations - establishing processes and continually ensuring they're healthy and support teams delivering successfully - is my happy place, and I love guiding teams to the highest efficiency and effectiveness! I thrive in both creating processes and addressing when the process breaks with decades of experience helping teams manage their workflows, document their processes, and am always looking to improve ways of working. From documenting processes with programs like Visio so teams can true back to their operational decisions to triaging process breakdowns to fix first and dive deep after, it's very rewarding for me to help teams achieve process stability, sustainability, and scalability.
