Recruitment (end - to - end )⚫ Sourcing and interview, position covered from officer to manager level.⚫ Onboarding for new hires⚫ To initiate collaboration with universities for branding and campus recruitment.2. Employee Engagement⚫ Organize events for festivals, CNY, Hari Raya, Deepavali and Christmas⚫ Organize sports activities to improve inter-department relationships.⚫ Appointed as chairman for Annual Dinner 2017⚫ Organize Townhall meeting to update employees about business and performance.3.
