Led the Strategy team and grew the business development pipeline with existing and new clients over 6 years as a full-time employee. Continue to support the team as a Senior Strategy Director on a project basis. A couple of client highlights:• TARGET: Led the development of Target Zero, a digital platform and store experience that connects guests with products designed to reduce waste.• BURTON: Defined a new vision and purpose for the 40-year old brand to expand its community while protecting the future of the sport.• MACY's: Created Mission Every One, a commitment to representation with a plan to divert $5 billion by 2025 to diverse partners, communities and the planet.
