• Be the subject matter expert in Epson's product line and associated programs such as Bid Desk programs and Category Penetration• Analyze industry information to identify opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales• Develop go-to-market strategies that outline target customer segments, products, promotions, pricing, positioning and complete launch plans• Educate pre-sales and Product Specialists on new product introductions, transitions, competitive advantages, and opportunities to identify sales within their customer base• Understand and communicate partner organizational structure with key decision makers and foster relationships with senior management• Communicate partner's financial conditions and market new products related to Epson• Engage daily with Epson to maintain an open channel of communication at all times to ensure that all CDW and partner stakeholders are kept up to date on any and all issues, initiatives, projects, meetings, or conferences• Manage and maximize overall profitability; managing financial benefits and develop a strategy around re-investing funding.• Engage with CDW Procurement to help forecast sales volumes• Represent Epson in meetings and speak to brand performance, category performance, program/promotion results, and current initiatives• Provide comprehensive reporting both internally and externally on brand performance, category performance, industry trends, and market share• Host Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to review partner performance and discuss joint initiatives• Assist the Product Specialists in creation and review of content for respective manufacturer ads• Obtain and facilitate necessary partner and industry certifications

Responsible for creating and implementing a social media strategy, content calendar and posting schedule, content creation including blogs, measuring analytics and adjusting for improvements, responding to engagement and much more for all corporate and loan officer social media pages. Assist with video production as a script/copywriter, voice-over specialist for all internal and external company videos, and on-screen reporter for The Mortgage Buzz, our corporate video series where we provide practical advice on home buying, selling, financing and living.

I host promotional events aiming to spread awareness, gain feedback, maintain brand loyalists, and encourage consumers to sample and try new products for various beer and liquor brands/accounts within MKTG, INC. Brands I have hosted events for include Parrot Bay, Jose Cuervo, Captain Morgan, Crown Royal, Smirnoff, Jeremiah Weed, and Guinness.I also have experience with special events including mug engravings, personalized T-shirts and bags, which involved quickly learning how to operate a glass engraver, iron press for printing shirts, and an embroidery machine for personalized Crown Royal bags.

My primary goals were to build CDW-G awareness at the University of Iowa at both the departmental IT levels and the CIO office's level. I was able to grow the account from its initial $1 million in sales to $4 million at the end of my internship. My tasks included conducting campus research, establishing new contacts, building relationships, strategic profiling, and working closely with the account team.
