It was the first Brazilian Cheese Buns, made 100% in the UAE, using family recipe. The buns were then sold for restaurants, cafés and also in live events throughout the UAE with a daily footfall of 10 thousand people per day.The HeartMade journey was extremely exciting, moving from a very handmade process to a small company scale production of over 100 Kilogram of buns per month. The business was sold in 2016 before my relocation to another country.
