After my personal story of burnout, back in 2016, I've been committed to break the stigma of mental health. As an ICF and National Board of Health and Wellness certified coach, I am passionate about empowering leaders to develop their self-confidence and increase their emotional agility. There is nothing more fulfilling to me than seeing my clients increasing their wellbeing and awakening deeper happiness while achieving their goals.

We help expats create authentic meaning in their lives so that they can breakthrough and enjoy their lives and careers without limitation.

I have asked my then 8 yo daughter how she would describe my job, and she said: “When someone is not comfortable with something, they come to you and tell you about it because you respect them. Then, you help by asking questions and having conversations about what is important to them so they can change what is needed and find different possibilities”Understanding how we see the world and create our own reality is key to start the process of transformation. Bendito Bolso was born out of a desire of four women to cause a positive impact into the world by giving voice and providing continuous work flow to Apramp, a Spanish NGO, with more that 25 years of experience, fighting against woman’s sexual exploitation. By reaching out to renowned and emerging Spanish artists, we transform their illustrations and pieces of art into fashionable bags and clutches, made of organic cotton, that are cautiously sewed by apramp’s rescued prostitutes. Everyone who carries a Bendito Bolso has joined our plea to give visibility to the cause and help to decrease the outrageous number of human’s trafficked of 800K yearly.

HeartMade was created in 2012, out of a passion for my childhood traditions, and a vision of a market opportunity. It was the first Brazilian Cheese Buns, made 100% in the UAE, using family recipe. The buns were then sold for restaurants, cafés and also in live events throughout the UAE with a daily footfall of 10 thousand people per day.The HeartMade journey was extremely exciting, moving from a very handmade process to a small company scale production of over 100 Kilogram of buns per month. The business was sold in 2016 before my relocation to another country.

With over a decade of experience across globally recognized corporations, I’ve contributed to and led key projects in diverse industries and geographies. My career includes impactful roles at major companies such as Banco Bradesco, 3M do Brasil, Claro, TIM, and leading organizations in the UAE, including du and Emirates. Highlights include spearheading strategic initiatives such as TIM’s virtual recharge solutions, Claro’s indirect sales channel restructuring, and overseeing business readiness for du’s fixed product re-launch in the UAE.My international experience, particularly in the United Arab Emirates, enriched my perspective as I collaborated with cross-functional teams across marketing, IT, and customer care to enhance customer experiences. This global exposure complements my technical expertise and strategic acumen, enabling me to align teams, optimize processes, and deliver results in fast-paced, innovative industries.
