* Configure and troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, NAS,access-points, load balancers, and servers.* Provide onsite and remote level 2-3 technical support and assistance to all clients withincompany’s protocol and SLA.* Maintain all network infrastructure of end clients.* Monitor all network activities weekly and perform required updates and patches.* Observe and analyze old network setup for security, performance and scalability issues, andimplement new network structure.* Digitalize and implement new systems to get work more organized and efficient.* Use of SolarWinds RMM for monitoring and providing remote assistance.* Configuration and operations of main IT brand devices including Mearki, Cisco, Nexus,Synology, Barracuda, Dell, Lenovo etc.

* Diagnose network and provide IT consultation and solutions to Client’s hardware andsoftware related issues.* Administrate Free PBX voice system and hardware devices.* Setup and configure new setup devices to upgrade network.* Perform client SLA and create appropriate work orders when needed.* Provide onsite and remote desktop support to end clients via ConnectWise, Remote desktopconnect and Team Viewer* Supervise other Technicians and provide suitable training.

* Fix hardware and software issues with cellphones, tablets, laptops etc.* Provide technical support to customers over phone calls* Be customer representative when needed during busy hours* Keep track of inventory of parts needed for repair.* Operating System Installation, Virus Removal and Computer Cleaning.* Multi-Tasking between software and hardware Jobs
