I have leveraged SuccessFactors as HCM, along with other technologies such as SAP HANA Cloud, Azure, PowerBI, and Microsoft Power Platform to embed automation/AI and analytics-based decision-making across the function to ensure high data quality and operational efficiencies. We have already seen significant productivity, efficiency and cost saving gains by implementing the Designing Smarter HR Framework, while building organisational resilience and advantage into the future. Through my focus on HR analytics and insights, I have successfully enhanced the capability of HR leaders and implemented an AI-driven automation strategy to improve productivity across functions. I am committed to prioritizing the governance of HR master data to ensure compliance with global regulations and to make HR systems accessible to manage international workforce and data reporting. Collaborating with Global Business Services (GBS) executive leadership, I am driving the adoption of cutting-edge technology solutions such as GenAI to create value by improving productivity through operational efficiencies and improving user experience across the organization. Ensuring our HR systems are accessible and the primary source for Nutrien’s international workforce data and reporting, I prioritise the governance of HR master data to comply with all applicable laws and regulations concerning Human resource data collection, privacy, and storage.Invited to speak at 2024 Mastering SAP, 2024 People Analytics & HR Data and panel member for GenAI in HR at HR Tech and HR & L&D Tech.

Successfully taking over and delivering the SuccessFactors implementation project at Nutrien, I completed a comprehensive audit to re-establish project cadence while also re-engaging stakeholders to secure buy-in to go live across the USA, Canada and Trinidad, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Recruiting Marketing, and Onboarding modules and in Australia, the Succession module. I expedited the decision-making processes and created a platform for effective governance and escalation by instituting a Project Management Office and working committee and maintained and managed relationships with 200+ global contacts.

Appointed as a strategic business partner to deliver HRIS solution, SuccessFactors, deployment, effectively amalgamating Nutrien Ag Solutions Australian employees to one platform following the acquisition of Ruralco. Delivering the deployment to 4000 employees on time and within budget, my work was nominated for SAP best-run project and internally used as a blueprint for global deployments. Invited to speak at Mastering SAP Speaker - 2021 & 2022, HR Connect Panel Member - 2021 & 2022 and SAP User Group Speaker - North America - 2022.

Spearheading the global learning content program, I implemented supporting learning systems to align all technical training programs across multiple manufacturing sites in Canada, the USA, Trinidad, and Retail Canada. Driving whole of organisation change management, my learning content management strategy defined a "learner" first philosophy into the training programs for over 7200 employees. I implemented SuccessFactors as LMS and IBM Kenexa and Learning Content Management System, and negotiated master agreements with Redvector and TPC, two leading learning content providers, to provide build and buy balance to develop learning content.

Shaping a revolutionary training framework and KPIs, I improve employee training outcomes and deliver significant business value. In this role, I eliminated over 85.74% of non-value-added programs and reduced 40% of training hours per employee per year by standardising training programs. I implemented CornerStone as LMS and IBM Kenexa as Learning Content Management System to achieve these synergies and build collaborative culture among trainers. I developed an effective learning content management strategy that, through various learning systems, automated content development, ensured agile and cross-functional teams collaborate to create learning content, and established document management processes for organizing and accessing training assets and source files.I implemented CornerStone Talent and Learning Management System across the organization on time and within budget.I standardized training programs eliminated over 85.74% of non-value-added programs and reduced 40% of training hours per employee per year.

Tasked with leading strategic outlook and tactical direction to build L&D strategy, I improved leadership, organisational conflict and change management capabilities. By overhauling the Safety Campaign framework and Contractor Training curriculum, the organisation adopted a risk-based training approach, increasing employee engagement.

Crafting corridor plans and network configuration diagrams, I documented short to long-term asset plans and operational strategies for various clients. I enhanced communication channels and planning efforts by creating a Corridor Plan Development Committee to ensure seamless execution and collaboration across multiple cross-functional teams.

Developing a process-mapping framework (BPM) for Asset Management Group, I eliminated duplication and improved process efficiency realising a reduction in budget spend of $100m.

Initially engaged to design an Action Management process to improve the Safety Management System, aligning safety data collection and analysis to enable informed decision-making at all levels of management. Played a pivotal role in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 Quality Management Certification for the group, acting as the Divisional Management Representative.

Initially, joined RailCorp as Train Guard then selected for the Graduate program, initiated by RailCorp to develop the potential talent as future leaders. The placements were in the following areas:- Business Improvement  - Project Management  - Enterprise Content Management- Safety & Environment Investigation  - Business Management Systems Audit  - Knowledge ManagementWhile on Graduate program, I worked in various secondment positions as Project Manager to align 36 action management systems into 1 and Safety Information Analyst to improve quality of Asset Management Group's various safety committees.
