Worked in Vaccine Production i.e. Polyribosylribitol phosphate of Haemophilus influenzae type b and Haemophilus type b conjugate (PRP-Tetanus toxoid) B.P (Bulk), CRM 197 of Cornybacteria (R&D batches) protein .Pertussis, Diphtheria production.●Preparation of seed culture as required for each fermentation.●Set up both seed and production fermenters, this includes CIP and SIP on each of the fermenters.●Calibration for sensor probes e.g. pH, dissolved oxygen probe and RTD probe.●Monitoring and establishing trending data using online computer paragon system for each fermentation run.●Carrying out and responsible for all production activities.●Documentation as per WHO/cGMP guidelines such as BPRs, BMRs, CPR, SPRs, SOPs, review of batch manufacturing record & other related document for its completion of various intermediate and final stage.●Harvesting of batch, centrifugation of harvested batch,●Depth filtration, Ultrafiltration.●Isolation of antigens with column chromatography and AKTA process.●Sterile filtration of antigens with aseptic tube welder technique. ●Sterilization of lab scale and production (bulk scale) fermenter.●Filtration of Active Raw Material by SP10 & Zeta 10 Carbon Filter.●Compliance of Quality management system (filling of incidents, raising of deviations, change control, CAPA and other quality system.●Perform IQ, OQ, PQ of new equipment. Knowledge of SAP,5S guidelines.
