- First hire on the excellence side and a part of the core supply team.- Worked on multiple 0-1 projects & new initiatives around the supply ecosystem.- Built the entire supply strategy & cost structures enabling 5x growth on the supply side (70 to 350+ Buses)- Built a Pan India network of 40+ fuel stations across 15 states & managed the end to end fuel vertical, reducing the cost by 12% eventually improving the bottomline by 8%.- Automated the annual supply payment worth $25M (200 Cr) and owned the fuel P&L.- Established multiple strategic partnerships including Insurance, FasTag, Tyre & NBFCs.- Designed & Executed Referral, Incentive & Loyalty Programs.

- First hire on the supply side & a part of the core founding team, backed by Sequoia, Lightspeed & Titan Capital.- Built the initial supply & ops side of business and a strong feedback loop to help in the business development.- Managed a total initial P&L of 0 to $350k.- All things 0-1 for the UAE Handicrafts, Lights, Decor & Furniture categories. Onboarded initial 10+ Suppliers across each category.- Automated the Pricing module while solving for the product specific Bottom up pricing.- Built an exhaustive SOP module around the manufacturing processes & quality checks across the categories.

- A SAAS product & an online marketplace for the beauty & wellness services.- Got incubated under DST and raised a seed fund of INR 1 Million.- Built the product, collaborated with 25+ partners and acquired 500+ organic users.- A very early stage 0-1 experience & a 360° exposure to general business management.

- Spearheaded a direct team of 25 to develop a formula car from scratch in a span of 8 months.- Raised INR 5.5 Lakhs from multiple State bodies, PSUs & private organizations.- Designed and manufactured the entire vehicle in-house retrofitted with KTM RC390 engine.- First team from IITP to qualify technicals and race the car at Buddh International Circuit.
