In these 5 years of leading OCL Cement , business has seen vol growth from 3.16 Mn T in FY 12 to 7.1 Mn T in FY17, market share grew from 8.5% to 13.7%, EBIDTA from 238 Cr to 664 Cr and PAT from 32 Cr to 283 Cr. Joined Dalmia Bharat Group as Group HR head when the size of the business was 500 Cr and the promoter family had the vision to grow 10X in 5 years. Partnered the Managing Director to align structure with strategy, recruit top talent from across the corporates, ensure attractive employee value proposition, articulate vision and values and worked on making it a part of DNA of the company.
