Responsibilities:• Determined and executed the full-lifecycle recruiting experience - understanding the job order, sourcing and qualifying the right candidates, handling negotiations, and closing deals.• Source top-quality candidates from a variety of job boards like Dice, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and Monster, social media platforms like LinkedIn WhatsApp, Twitter. Asking for referrals from active internal candidates as well as other passively sourced candidates. • Coordinate with candidates to schedule varying types of interviews, including phone, in-person, and zoom or MS Teams interviews.• Worked on contract positions based on W2 tax terms, while dealing specifically with US Citizens and Permanent residents (Green Card Holders).• Possesses knowledge of other US Tax Terms (C2C & 1099) and US work visas.• Worked on IT & Non-IT requisitions as per the job description.• Worked for direct clients viz. Lucid Motors, Synovus Bank, Samsung Austin Semiconductor, Advocate Aurora, Willis Towers Watson, and Davita Healthcare as per the business need. • Collaborated with technical team members and managers directly through daily phone and email exchanges. • Used the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) JobDiva and LinkedIn RPS to keep track of all the candidate applications.• Used VMS/MSP portals like Wand, Vndly, Eastridge Workforce Solutions to mark starts, recent hires, project ends and accepting/declining interviews of candidates.• Responsible for editing and formatting resumes matching consistency.• Conduct professional assessment and verification for skills, experience, availability, compensation, willingness to travel/relocate, and overall suitability for the position.• Proficient in making great quality cold calls, emails, and phone screens. • Maintaining a database for all the candidates approached on a daily basis.• Prepare submittal documents for each shortlisted candidate and schedule interviews.• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
