Amander was the Lead Content Strategist, and Head of Production Operations at Titan Digital Media. Having had the experience of creating content since 2012, Amander first started out in Titan Digital Media in 2016 as the Content Manager for The IN Central, a lifestyle channel that focuses on local content, catered to Singaporeans. She left The IN Central in 2017, and joined Singapore-based production house, Ugly Duckling Projects, to explore opportunities as a producer for television commercials, campaigns and photoshoots for brands such as Nikon, and also the launch of Amazon in Singapore. Despite all this, she always found that Titan Digital Media was where she belonged.Her experience as a producer and a content strategist, and her strong leadership skills, eventually led her to becoming the Lead Content Strategist in Titan Digital Media in 2020, managing content across the various channels in the Titan Digital Media Creator Network, and working with brands to create content that would appeal to their target audience, using the various channels. As the Lead Content Strategist, she has also mentored many junior content producers on integrating various brands into video, while maintaining the production of quality content across all channels in Titan Digital Media.In 2021, she was invited to be guest speakers to speak to more than 250 SMEs, in collaboration with Enterprise Singapore (ESG), to conduct training on digital up-skilling. She also represented Titan Digital Media at the Retail Executive Summit 2021.Not only is she the Lead Content Strategist at the company, she is also one of Titan Digital Media’s Key Opinion Leaders. She has hosted multiple shows on a number of YouTube Channels, and also on live streams together with Eucerin, a skincare brand, and Watsons. With her experience on YouTube and Live streaming, she has the capability to share her take on SMEs venturing into the digital space.In 2023, Amander left her nest at Titan Digital Media to pursue her own career in music, and founded bespoke Social Media Consultancy firm, A&A Social, which aims to provide good quality Social Media services to clients, regardless of size.
