Une association née en juin 2016 et autogérée par ses coworkers, l’association de la Muse Bouge est la première de son genre puisqu’elle est le premier espace de coworking associatif de la ville de Genève. Forte d’un comité motivé et à la recherche perpétuelle d’améliorations pour cet espace, ce lieu se veut être un endroit d’innovation, d’entraide et de partage. L’espace offre plusieurs formules de coworking s’adaptant aux besoins de chaque client.

Responsible for monitoring Valartis Russian Market Fund, Valartis Fund Lux I – Valartis Growth Fund, Valartis Fund Lux I – Global Opportunities Fund, Global Emerging Markets Equity Fund, Global Emerging Markets Bond Fund, Valartis Russian & CIS Fixed Income Fund and European High Yield Bond Fund, in terms of: trades confirmations, checking with brokers good trades allocation, settlement issues, daily cash quanties, prices reconciliation between in house system/files and official NAV/statements, subscriptions – redemptions, performance attribution and Value at Risk report with Bloomberg, stamp duty, funds’ universe investment monthly rebalancing.In charge of ENR Russia Invest (ENR), monthly NAV checking.In charge of marketing support:- Valartisfunds website: daily NAV publication, maintenance in terms of legal documents, marketing documents, events, managing website mailbox, adding new pages if necessary.- Valartis intranet: update with funds newsletters and other official documents.- Funds newsletters: production and checking, sending them in intern to RM and in extern to investors/potential investors (Saleslogix)- Swiss Fund Data: daily NAV and official documents (legal, marketing) update.- Sending fund information to all funds platforms where funds are recorded.In charge of funds official publications in FOSC and Swiss Fund Data.Projects: set up emerging countries universe to improve fixed income funds investment universe, re creation of an in house middle office system with Access database.Automatisation of monthly reporting source’s filesSet up funds factsheets, operational manual, funds index and portfolios in Bloomberg and their automatically updategister funds in different new funds platforms.

Followed Amazone Euro Fund, a SICAV with a focus on the correlation between the concept of gender plurality and management method: check on NAV, management ratios, followed trades, subscriptions – redemptions, weekly performances, management of the investment’s universe, a little of financial analysis, marketing elementsMonthly reporting and risk reports for all the funds under management, funds selectionProjects: set up monthly reporting, risk reports and their authomatisation (VBA, excel), Nav check file for Amazone Euro Fund (excel, Bloomberg, VBA), database creation for trackers, ETF, companies on tomorrow sectors, research on African Stock Exchanges

Management of the quantitative database: Pertrac. Check on reporting, portfolio’s performance contribution. Simulation on portfolio for the monthly Allocation Committee.
