Lead the development of BRPH’s extensive aerospace and aviation business markets, maintaining current domestic and international relationships while cultivating new opportunities for the firm• Identified and developed profitable, new business opportunities in line with the company’s Strategic Plan• Attended major aerospace events, such as the Paris Air Show, Farnborough Air Show, NBAA, JEC, SAMPE, PNAA Aerospace Conference and others. Met with high level Executives, international organizations/clusters and participated in large company networking events (CFM, GKN, Lockheed and others)• Added major Tier 1 in client portfolio, including GKN Aerospace, BAE Systems, Thales, AIM Aerospace, Hexcel Corporation Developed long-term relationships with key influencers within Safran/Zodiac, Airbus, Crane Aerospace, Heroux Devtek, UTC, Textron, MHI, L3, Spirit Aerosystems, GE Aviation, Senior Aerospace and others• Diversified local Seattle markets beyond aerospace:. Led efforts to become supplier to the University of Washington (UW), Amazon Air/Prime Air and Microsoft. BRPH is now on preferred providers list for the UW and Microsoft and on Amazon’s radar for future aviation related projects.• Worked closely with local, state, national and international organizations and clusters and introduced current and future clients to these groups• Strong relationships with major brokers, developers and construction companies

Responsible for direction and administration of advanced level, value-added technical and financial services to economic development projects, focusing on inbound investment into Washington State. Provide direct assistance to domestic and international companies interested in expanding or locating in Washington State with a particular focus in the aerospace industry. Main objectives are to drive job creation and private investment in Washington State by:• Acted as aerospace representative for attracting industry investments in Washington• Organized delegations and represented Washington State during Governor foreign missions (i.e., Paris Air Show, Farnborough Air Show, Japan and South Korea Aerospace Recruitment/Governor Mission), investment attraction events, and industry conferences• Participated in executive meetings with the governor• Organized receptions on behalf of the Governor for networking opportunities• Led and implemented the Governor's aerospace sector strategy by working with the executive team of the Governor's Office of Aerospace• Worked as a team with the Trade Aerospace Specialist and Sector Lead (the Governor's liaison)• Developed Washington aerospace supply chain (identified industry needs, gaps, and maintained relationships)• Built out network with the aerospace industry including service providers, associations, workforce training entities and others Developed Public Relation campaigns and worked on speech writing

Provided research and support to the business recruitment team to attract new jobs and investment into the state. Also responsible for developing reports and proposals, analyzing data, monitoring programs, and qualifying leads. • Assisted with logistics for Paris Air Show 2007: o Created marketing materials (directory of aerospace companies, brochures, and other collateral)o Supported local participants to the show, including with logistics, marketing, and other tasks• Conducted research and creation of databases

Conducted inventory of the different “technopoles” (high-tech business zones) and science parks of the Amazon/Caribbean region, utilizing project management and customer contact management skills. Company is based in Cayenne, French Guiana.
