Shared Service Center Member – EMEA ( 2013)- Contributing to consolidate the new Regional Finance Operations identity with finance community in the EMEA pharma under a new model for all European countries, being member to perform some tasks for Portugal.- Analyze R2R processes issues and process change requests (automated journal entries, testing approval flows, getting a good fit of SAP with the new processes).- Analyzing intercompany balances including Inhouse-Bank, automated accounts.- Execution of corporate reporting, supporting internal auditors and compliance teams.General Accounting Technician (2008-2013):- Performing journal entries, maintain the fixed asset module and prepare depreciation entries.- Responsible of expenses reporting system in the network of salespersons, reports generation, control of overdue balances, training courses, controlling card expenses.Purchasing Technician (2008)- Generating purchase orders, fixing approval flows, managing discrepancies with Praga (Shared Service Center).

Perform daily invoicing to Spain and Europe, postings, sending out the invoices, entering machine glass orders.
