I comfort my irrational creative energy by writing lyrics & poetries, painting & sculptors & formulating new business models, while my thirst for rational thinking is quenched by formulating & documenting structured knowledge from various experiences. I love to share my thoughts & ideas through publications, key notes, Jury forums, knowledge exchange sessions, facilitating trainings & workshops, presenting case studies etc. I'm a curious statistics graduate & a fast learner with zeal for digital media, AI & BiG DATA, technology & gadgets.In my last assignment, I transformed a bleeding brand ‘GTV’ in a sick and shrinking TV industry of Bangladesh, from 19TH rank in viewership & 22ND in revenue to a market leadership position in both the terms within a year. I'm humbled to play a role & collaborate with multiple competing advertisers & broadcasters to syndicate the largest media deal of sports.I'm blessed to start the Formal Rural Marketing in Bangladesh. & proudly rolled out Project Shakti counterpart. I also introduced a freelance distribution channel for the last mile retailers.  I was the largest A&P spender of the market for longest period of time (i.e. as head of media, Unilever & director marketing, Grameenphone) with highest level of dignity and unquestionable integrity. I've developed some tools and procedures that includes RDI, A&P Budgeting tool, Rural Marketing SOPs, OOH evaluation, frequency optimiser for TV, sponsorship valuation etc. I had the opportunity to manage large scale projects, like national talent hunts, internationally shot media events & consumer engagement programs to achieve GUNNIES WORLD RECORD. I've contributed to produce & broadcast international sports content & monetized it across territories & formats.I take pride on some 20+ ‘country first innovations’ that spans from ‘media innovation’ to ‘process automation’ to ‘new sales channel development’ to ‘format development for entertainment contents’ to ‘innovative tools & methods development’ in order to solve business issues.
