I gained expertise in firmware development and embedded systems through building a product for solar plant automation, featuring full-control and monitoring of upto 100+ inverters, communicating on MODBUS (RTU/TCP/ASCII) & SNMP, generating upto 5MW of electricity. Additionally, earlier on the start of my professional career, I was hired by a project based startup where I built projects on RaspberryPi, ESP32, STM32, ATMega 2560 & ATTiny1616. Subsequently, I was hired by a globally popular semi-conductor test provider i.e. R&D Altanova (Advantest Corp.). Where I designed layouts for ATE Motherboards, Daughter Cards, Surrogates & Multi-layer organic designs. I was assigned designs that were comprising upto 65+ layered StackUp, high-frequency high-speed controlled impedance signals & suitability of maintaining upto 850A switching currents.Recently, my job responsibilities changed to lead a team of 5 members to integrate Artificial Intelligence in OrCad and Allegro PCB designer to reduce the duration of lifecycle for designing an ATE Final Test board. Providentially, we have successfully released a product for schematic automation specifically for a major semi-conductor manufacturing client. Along-with supervising the similar development in OrCad for other customers of Advantest, I am currently in talks with Altium, JITX, Cadence & FLUX AI for integration of AI in our process for Placement and Routing phases of design.
