In his last role, he was was responsible for HR COE for L&D, OD, & Associate Engagement at ACG Capsules for 3500+ associates across their 11 business units worldwide in the role of Lead - HR COE. He was also instrumental in multiple high stake projects like Global lighthouse network certification by World Economic Forum, VR training institutionalization, SAP SF LMS implementation, to name a few.Aman has an innate knack for Learning & Development.He is a relentlessly curious, multidisciplinary philomath, aspiring to be a polymath.His motivation is simple - he aspires to be the most well read person & the deepest thinker in the room.He's inspired by Srila Prabhupada & Warren Buffett.He's open for cognitively demanding blue ocean opportunities, with no regards to disciplinary boundaries or industries.
