With a background in civil engineering, I am experienced in managing and supervising high-rise construction projects while ensuring quality and safety standards. My major experience includes managing a team of over 100 people on a high-rise residential tower (Basement + 3 Podium floors + 36 floors) using MFE formwork technology (Mivan) at Bhumi Enterprises, Mumbai. I skillfully conducted over 4500 cu. m of concrete pouring and over 650 MT of steel reinforcement, contributing to the successful completion of the project valued at around Rs. 260 crore. The tower comprises 268 flats, ranging from 2 to 5 BHK with each floor plate covering approximately 10,000 sq. ft. Collaborating with around 15 stakeholders, including clients, consultants, society, and subcontractors, I strive for seamless project execution and stakeholder satisfaction. Additionally, I conducted Tremix concreting (VDF) and waterproofing on the 3 podium floors and in the basement. Simultaneously, I managed a G+23 project in Thane, where we utilized conventional plywood shuttering. This dual exposure broadened my understanding of diverse construction methods.Notably I was the youngest team member to directly report to the project manager. During my B.Tech project, I conducted technical audits of various old buildings-an industry-relevant skill that allows me to assess structural integrity, identify potential risks, and recommend improvements. In the past year, I explored a different avenue in the education sector at Curion Education Pvt. Ltd. I researched and designed educational kits, creating engaging materials that fostered students' understanding and curiosity. This unique experience enhanced my problem-solving abilities and broadened my perspective. Beyond my core responsibilities, I freelanced as a measurement specialist and bill creator for contractors and subcontractors. My adaptability and cross-disciplinary background allow me to approach challenges from different angles.Now I am eager to apply my combined knowledge to project management in the construction industry.
