- Preparing the 3D Modeling .- Working with a client to define an aesthetic for a completed space.- Advising the client on space planning, layout, color coordination, finish, and fixture options.

- Preparing, analyzing, and designing architectural plans/drawings.- Working closely with structural engineers and general contractors.- Helping to coordinate engineers and craftspeople.- Identifying customer requirements to ensure that the project designs match their needs.- Preparing and presenting design proposals to clients.- Ensure building operations are in compliance with government housing laws and building codes.- General administrative duties in the office and attending meetings.
