Amani Rigobert has been an invaluable team member who has been working to make thePansanté concept a reality for many years.He is a biologist who specialises in water management and affordable housing. He hasexperience as a project manager for Gitoribeton (a Rwandan construction company) and created a company Bridging Resources Ltd to bridge disparities between nations throughfinance and technology. He obtained regional fame through his advocacy for “a roof foreach African”. Now he is the CEO of Pansnaté Uganda. 
“With Pansanté I implement the concept of modular housing to reduce the housing gap inEast, Central and West Africa. I introduced this new idea in 7 countries in that region, andthe Ministry of Education which was well received and appreciated. Pansanté is not onlycommitted to creating an environment where students learn but also, infrastructure that canstand the test of time and contribute to development of the local community. I embracedthe Pansanté idea of creating community centres where pupils enjoy spending their time. After all, Education is important to achieve gender equality. I plan on working with localcommunities and organisations to supply sanitary products and education to girls to avoidthem leaving school prematurely, an Idea I got from Pansanté”
