Current- Managing a team of SDRs tasked with conducting thorough market research to produce high-quality leads, which are subsequently transformed into paying accounts through the delivery of personalized demonstrations, as well as phone and video conferencing engagements.- Working on the GTM strategy of the organization for key markets like India, United States, United Kingdom, European Union, and Canada.- Leading strategic upselling & cross-selling initiatives within existing accounts thereby improving Average Revenue Per Account (ARPA). - Building & managing the company CRM/database consisting of eCommerce merchants & relevant decision makers across popular platforms like Shopify, Magento & Woo Commerce.- Cultivating relationships with product and service-oriented companies in the fields of Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Web/App Development with the objective to facilitate lead sharing and joint marketing activities.
