Coordinating and liaising the activities of NCAP( Government of India’s flagship programme of National Clean Air Programme (NCAP) of India which aimed at reducing emissions (PM10) by 20% -30% by 2024 from 2017 levels thus improving the over all Air Quality at Municipal level with Provincial Pollution Control Board, Centre (Federal) Pollution Control Board & Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change:● Drafting the goals, strategic plan and proposals for reducing the Air Pollution at the city level as per various protocols established, identify controls and develop a robust audit program for the project at city level. ● Engagement with agencies, stakeholders to develop for operational support, organizational structure, sustainability strategy, frameworks and check accuracy and perform documentation review. ● Preparation of Provincial and City level Micro Plans target, budgeting of reducing emissions (PM10) by 20% -30% by 2024 from 2017 levels, by including the best practices, sustainability trends. ● Prepare reports as per the performance measurement protocol, reporting on project status, along with conducting financial analysis, preparing utilization and financial reporting of ₹ 275 Million funds. ● Project data collection, preparation of internal, external, quarterly & annual reports by conducing quantitative and qualitative analysis, applying data analysis, software tools, data visualization techniques (Microsoft excel, Power bi) for communicating results and key findings on air quality & climate Change. ● Preparing reports and reviews on Air Pollution Hot Spots and mitigation plan, Source Apportionment, Emission Inventories and Ex- Situ Stubble Burning management for State of Punjab. ● Technical Assistance on-site for Noise Mapping survey and Assessment Proving. Technical guidance in procurement and installation of CAAQMS, Noise Level Meters, PM10 Samplers
