Project Roopantar was initiated to know about the skill development and employability of the youth in Sangam Vihar, New Delhi. Their outlook about the need for training and their interest in the training programs and employment opportunities. This was done by performing base line survey and analysis for a sample size of 1300+At the time of this project: There was only one government school for around 5 lakh people in Asia's largest unauthorised colony, Sangam ViharDuring the project, apart from general administration and coordination between different stakeholders, I performed following duties:-Field visit & targets, roaster and contingency planning.-Research Analysis, Documentation and Report Generation

The training included brief introduction to the polypropylene manufacturing processes and units.The project undertaken was on Estimating the Efficiency of Refrigeration Compressor in the Refrigeration Plant of the Polypropylene Unit.

Field study of artificial lifts installed on various wells. .
