Growing up in the city of festivals, cultures, traditions, arts and architectures. I was keen on learning, experiencing, and achieving my hobbies. Since, from my childhood I had a circle of friends where we engaged in dance, music, sport and art. I always tried to lead my team at the best as we could and aspire what we seek for in any activities. Those days were the golden period for me to learn and grow because I experienced a lot of activities like volunteering, participating in programs, school competitions, and organizing cultural events due to which it made me confident while working in three different organizations which were Namaste Fair Trade at a supervisor level, Barista at Four Square coffee & more, and Internee on operation and credit department at Nepal SBI Bank. After the completion from SEE I wanted to have a job then I started applying it by asking neighbors, friends and family. There was an offer for supervisor post at (Namaste fair trade ) a garment and it was my friend to informed me then I immediately accept the job. I was asked for an interview for supervisor post. It was my very first time to have such an amazing job with greater responsibility and delivering to the worker for their demand. I have learned why it is necessary for a company to have a supervisor because its a job that oversees the day-to-day performance of employees. They are essential in managing a team’s efficiency and building a positive team environment. Similarly, in the beginning of my undergrad I also get involved in working at a local café as a barista. This was completely different than the first job that I had because it is the job that are the heart and soul of any coffee shop. From the science of brewing to the art of customer relations, baristas have a lot to navigate in any given workday. Baristas also need to ensure a clean, safe, and productive workspace for customers and co-workers. Meanwhile, at the final semester of our BBM program we are mandate for internship at any organization so, I decided to apply at bank though my specialize subject is commercial banking. Fortunately, I was phoned to come and join as an intern at Nepal SBI Bank at Maharajgung Branch and I worked at operation and credit department. As we know that bank play’s a significant role in economy and financial stability. This was my opportunity to experience and take practical knowledge. During my internship I had to reach out customer by assisting with account opening, issuing cheque, informing, helping any difficulties regarding banking activities.
