Profile – US; •Working with C2C Clients/Prime vendors such as Mindtree•Working on W2 Clients such as CSS corp.•Recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.•Participating in human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews.•Discussion and meeting with the technical leads and understand the man power requirements in the teams and brief the recruitment team on the urgency and priority of the requirements.•To Find the consultants over the Database, Job portals, User groups, References, Vendors and other sources as per the specification of the client, Work/VISA Status and the skill sets•Sourcing potential candidates using job portals (such as Dice.com, Monster.com, Techfetch.com) and from vendors.•Screening & Short listing of resumes by evaluating the candidate’s technical skills, communication skills, presentation skills, based on client’s requirement. •Scheduling Interviews as per the Manager’s specifications, intimating the candidates about the interviews.•Evaluate applicants to determine their qualifications and experience to match with client needs.•Providing necessary information to the Consultant.•Negotiating with the Vendor, regarding the Hourly Rates.•Co-ordination & scheduling of interviews.•Worked on various tax terms like W2, C2C and 1099.
