Complete Recruitment process. Onboarding, Off boarding, Documentation, Background Verification, Assets Management, issuing different letters timely i.e. Employee Change Notice, Offer Letter, Appointment letter, etc. Monitoring Daily Activity Report (DAR). Monitoring Time Records on daily basis – for USA and Mexico employees. Preparing Payroll – bi-weekly for USA and Mexico & monthly for India employees. Planning and executing Employee Engagement sessions (Offsite, Fun Fridays, Team Potluck, etc.) Organizing Training session for employees. Implementation of Rewards & Recognition process. Employee Database (Soft Copy & Hard Copy), MIS Reports. Closure of employee grievances & queries and counselling them on concerns. Taking care of retention data and interview, through discussion with required person, maintaining the tracker and required documents for the retention. Support in creating and implementing company-wide Learning Management Systems. Assist with planning and execution of performance management, appraisal and promotion. Handling employee relation issues/general queries. Support general HR functions for all USA, Mexico and India offices.
