This educational background laid the groundwork for my technical acumen and problem-solving abilities, which I have continually leveraged throughout my career.Following my academic pursuits, I transitioned into the realm of Technical Support Specialist from April 2010 to March 2011. This role provided me with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and customer service, sharpening my communication skills and ability to deliver effective solutions promptly.Driven by a passion for operational excellence, I stepped into the role of Assistant Manager Operations from April 2011 to March 2013. Here, I successfully managed teams and streamlined processes to optimize efficiency and productivity. Building on this experience, I progressed to Manager Operations from April 2013 to December 2015, where I implemented strategic initiatives that contributed to significant growth and organizational success.Elevating my career trajectory, I assumed the position of Senior Manager Operations from January 2016 to March 2017, where I focused on driving innovation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the operations domain. This role prepared me for higher leadership responsibilities, leading me to become the Director of Operations from April 2017 to August 2019. During this tenure, I played a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction and driving operational excellence across multiple departments.In September 2019, I embarked on a new and exciting journey as the Founder & CEO of Kalp Solutions. As a visionary leader, I am committed to driving sustainable growth, fostering innovation, and creating value for our customers, employees, and stakeholders.
