 Estimate tasks and timelines for testing, identify potential schedule or project issues and provide solutions to alleviate the problems.  Review and understand use cases, non-functional requirements and design documents.  Develop test plans, cases, and scenarios to ensure requirements have been met. Coordinate and schedule testing in a multi-user, and multi-project test environment. Execute test cases and interact with the development team to provide test results, report defects and discuss the impacts on product quality. Retest resolved defects, track trends, and report metrics to business sponsor and project manager.  Compile test results and write test reports. Support the development of the user training documentation for business users to ensure effective and efficient use of the new systems
