Worked as Technical Lead for network and security role . I was responsible for handling customer escalations. Managing L1 and L2 team and working with other teams. Implementing and designing new solutions for network and security. I have worked for multiple project during my Tenure in Wipro.

Job Responsibility:DNA provides training in IT field which includes MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, and PIX-Firewall. My responsibility is to provide basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking to the fresh students in this field. I am also responsible for backup batches and maintain the labs of academy.
