Roles and responsibilities:-Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks,and issuing employment contracts. Searching resumes and assisting with planning new employee orientations. Screening telephone calls, scheduling interviews and conducting research to locate potentialjob candidates. Tasks include replying to applicants’ emails, screening replies, and scheduling interviewswith senior HR staff. Maintain calendars of the HR management team. Post job ads on general career websites, university, and college career websites, andinternship websites Develop relationships with universities and colleges that have intern programs. Participate in the team to organize virtual (online) global conferences. Use social media platforms such as LinkedIn to invite conference speakers, attendees, orsponsors. Perform social marketing to promote conferences events and products. Agenda preparation, care of speakers, attendees, and sponsors, and events coordination. Perform digital marketing such as search engine marketing, social marketing, and contentmarketing to promote conferences and events and e-commerce. Participate in the team to organize virtual (online) global conferences. Use social media platforms such as LinkedIn to invite conference speakers, attendees, orsponsors.
