QUEST is an interdisciplinary team of more than 50 economists, statisticians, and business analysts providing policy analysis, economic, climate, and fiscal impact modeling to public-sector entities, industry trade associations, and companies.A few of my recent projects include:• Constructed a customizable excel-based Marginal Abatement Cost Curve model for a Fortune 100 telecommunication company to assess 10+ carbon abatement projects; the findings were used to inform the client’s decarbonization strategy and resulted in $200,000+ in new projects with client• Designed a customizable fleet electrification decision-support model to help a Fortune 100 company conduct feasibility and financial assessments of implementing various electric vehicle charging strategies (at-home, depot-based, and public infrastructure charging)• Managed a team of three analysts and headed the analysis for multiple EY thought leadership reports focusing on carbon pricing, government sustainability policies, and other climate change related topics; multiple reports were presented at the 2021 and 2022 United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP26 and COP27)• Constructed tax forecast models using time series regression analysis in SAS and STATA to assess future trends in sales tax revenue collection for state and local governments to assist in annual budget planning process• Managed a team of five analysts to publish weekly economic conditions reports for clients and EY leadership resulting in $300,000+ in new projects• Programed a portfolio simulation model with the capability to run 500+ scenarios in Python to estimate the benefit of surety bonds for public and private infrastructure projects; success of project resulted in $100,000+ in new projects with client

• Promoted within two years, surpassing the typical timeline, in recognition of outstanding performance.• Programed a microsimulation tax model using non-linear constrained optimization techniques in Python using pyOpt package to model the impact of tax policy proposals on effective tax rates and the US economy• Developed a methodology to extract data from government expenditure and 200+ company sustainability reports to analyze the spending on policies designed to meet Paris Agreement climate goals; the report was presented at the 2021 United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP26)

• Assist international students from more than 60 countries with various governmental documentation including income taxes, visa requests, social security number applications, and employment authorizations applications• Organize information sessions, department events and programs, and new student orientation• Plan and facilitate weekly meetings of the Ametrica Project, a 3 month program that promotes dialogue, intercultural sensitivity, and friendship between first year domestic and international students• Mentor first year international students regarding academic and personal life at Macalester College

• Managed the summer educational camp’s $32,000 operating budget by processing fund requests, staff reimbursements, and reconciling the student and staff accounts on a daily basis• Maintained daily contact with the Business Manager to record the camp’s cash flow and suggested changes to the current accounting system• Collaborated with Main Office Manager to improve the system for staff to request for cash advances, reimbursements, field trip emergency money and international staff salary
