I have extensive experience in the areas of Human Resource Management and Management Consulting, and people development has always been my forte. In 1998, I set up Kabir Profile Solutions. We specialize in advising corporates on HR Management & Development functions. Our clients include several Fortune 500 companies from India, Bahrain, Dubai, Thailand, Africa, and the UK.Community development through networking & meeting like-minded professionals has always been one of my passions. This led to my active involvement in the National HRD Network (Pune Chapter) for the past 22 years. I have had the pleasure of witnessing the Pune Chapter of NHRD blossoming into a significant networking platform for HR professionals coming from different backgrounds. I have served in different capacities for NHRD Pune - as the Executive Committee Member, General Secretary, and Vice President. Today, I can proudly say that we have significantly improved the prominence & reach of the HR fraternity across India.In addition, I am actively involved with HR and management associations such as NHRDN, NIPM, ISTD, PMA, MCCIA, BEF, CCI, InSPA, OHR, and QCFI, Pune.I enjoy conducting sessions on Interviews, Group Discussions, Induction, and Job Search Coaching workshops for postgraduate students to empower them on their professional journeys. I have mentored and facilitated training for more than 1,950 professionals in Pune, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Aurangabad, Ahmednagar, and Bhavnagar. My passion project, Samiksha Social Initiative, founded in 2017, provides advice, guidance, and useful information to the disadvantaged. The NGO enables them to address their legal, healthcare, educational, emotional, and such basic needs.We also guide them on how to locate and apply for suitable employment and bridge the gap by helping them become more employable, get financial/investment advice, and more.I have set up & headed the HR functions of Ocean Agro India and Maxworth Orchards India in Baroda & Pune respectively. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Fergusson College, PG Diploma in HR Management from IMDR, and a Master’s degree in Personnel Management from IndSearch, University of Pune. I also hold a Diploma in Labour Laws and Business Management.I continue to be approached by top-tier organisations to provide specialized consulting services in the fields of HR Services, Training and Executive Search.
