Contact candidates and match to positions. Work with candidate from Submittal to start date. • Schedule & coordinate Technical Interview by interacting with consultants and Clients.• Maintaining track records of all candidates.• Extensive experience working on requirements where different level of security clearance is required. • Rate negotiation and schedule interviews with Client. Source potential candidates through personal database, Internet resources, referrals for positions.• Sourced, Identified and Qualified candidates based on the Job Description assigned by Account Manager. • Drilling candidates by taking telephonic interviews, making them understand job role, check their visa status.• Dealing with the pay rate• Contacting the candidates short listed after initial mapping and forwarding the profiles of short listed candidates to the client
