Our growth has been phenomenal (across all verticals), solidifying our position as a leading energy management consultant in Scotland. We placed circa £150m of energy contracts last year, and have trebled our operations headcount.My main focus is on helping businesses optimise their energy spend, eliminating wasteful usage using smart tech and reach their net zero goals. Whether clients come to us because they are struggling to manage their energy spend or have been stung by poor advice, my team and I guide clients through the complexities of the energy landscape with a view to deliver key outcomes. I currently lead a talented and highly experienced team of energy professionals (Analysts, Account Managers, Bureau Specialists, Billing Coordinators, Sustainability Advisor) and in charge of overseeing service delivery, streamlining processes & systems. I see it as my job to move the team and business forward and to empower individuals to reach their full potential. I also lead the Projects Division at USAVE with a view to develop revenue streams across multiple verticals such as net zero advisory, siteworks, new connections, PPA's and metering projects.Previously, I was Operations Director at Boxfish, where I built high performing teams from ground up, developed new revenue streams, streamlined operations and championed strategic initiatives.
