-Coordinated with the Sales Team to obtain all pending documents for 100+ client files monthly; -Standardized Follow-up process which improved document submission rates by 30% and reduced processing time by 25%.- Reconciling the turnover with GST Return- Reconciliation the loans with the loans appearing in Balance Sheet and CIBIL.- Raise the queries in terms of Loan, Financials, Business registration, etc.-Preparing CAM sheet for LAP cases.- Collaborate with vendors for CPV report, RCU, Technical, Legal and ROC etc.-Preparing the banking sheet and analyzing the same in terms of Inward returns, Transfer entry and EMI etc.- Manage daily MIS, stock MIS and business trend reports.
