With an EdD in Educational and Organizational Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania, I bring more than 20 years of experience in transforming K-12 education through innovative and inclusive practices.My core competencies include staff development, adult education, and systems thinking, which enable me to create interdependencies and learning ecosystems that foster accountability, organizational learning, and innovation.
