• Preparing lease agreements, Collection for deposit and rent.• Organize to collect required documents from tenants.• Manage and file property agreements for lease properties.• Resolve various tenant issues.• Approaching & interacting with international and HNI clients.• Selection, appointment, follow up & monitoring of Brokers & dealers network• Regular on boarding of new clients and servicing of existing clients for increased business.• Responsible for the entire process of lead management, sales and business development.• Developing and maintaining of data base regular reporting & follow ups.• Perform all other duties as assigned

• Selling Emirates NBD Credit cards and Personal loan.• Tele calling, Cold calling & Company visits.• Maintaining relationships with existing customers through regular visits.• Establish and maintain business relations and generates new business.• Ensure high level of consumer satisfaction by building and maintaining good relationship with potential customers.• Verifying the documents and submitting with 100% ratio.• Initiate and close deals.
