I contributed in:- Developing machine learning models that recognize gesture languages using computer vision and convert them into real-time audio.- Tunning models and creating lightweight versions for integration into edge devices like AR glasses.- Developing AI systems that convert audio into gestures, enhancing accessibility and communication.This role allows me to contribute to groundbreaking technologies that bridge communication gaps and promote inclusivity in immersive AR/VR environments.

During my internship, I built a computer vision system that leverages deep learning to predict Body Mass Index (BMI) from facial images. This project has the potential to revolutionize non-invasive health assessment methods.Here's a glimpse of my contributions:Data Acquisition and Preprocessing: I built modules to scrape facial images from web sources and constructed a comprehensive dataset incorporating height, weight, and gender data.Facial Feature Extraction: I utilized MediaPipe's deep learning models to extract 19 key facial features from each image.Model Development and Training: I implemented a modular workflow for training a deep learning model to predict BMI based on facial features and gender.Web Application Development: I designed and developed a user-friendly web application using Flask to facilitate BMI prediction through image uploads or webcam capture.Deployment Pipeline Automation: I employed Git Actions to streamline the CI/CD pipeline for automated deployment of the web application using Docker containers on Amazon ECR and App Runner.This project demonstrates my proficiency in deep learning, computer vision, web development, and CI/CD pipeline automation.
